Blue skies and big wins for Timber Trails

At the base of the Livingstone Range under a clear blue sky, the Timber Trails 4-H Beef Club hosted its annual achievement day on May 25.

The day marked a celebration of hard work and dedication from the club’s members, who showcased the results of their months-long efforts in cattle care and showmanship. They were supported by a crowd of family and friends.

Fallon Michalsky-Dingreville, showing her steer Vern, earned top honours for grand champion market steer. Lander Hurst and his steer Juan followed closely, taking reserve champion market steer.

In the breeder’s herd category, Will Schoening claimed the grand champion title.

Showmanship was also a highlight, with Lander Hurst securing grand champion. Will Schoening took reserve grand champion and Paige Rast rounded out the top three.

Our club sends out a huge thank you to all of our buyers. You are all helping support our members and making dreams a reality.
