69 new cases of COVID-19 in Alberta today — nine in south zone

All seven people with confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Fort Macleod have now recovered.
Cardston County/Kainai remains at eight active cases to go with 30 recoveries and one death related to the virus.
City of Lethbridge has three new cases today for 10 active, while Lethbridge County is down to one active case.
The MD of Taber has four new active cases today after two cases that recovered early in the pandemic.
There are also two new cases in Medicine Hat today.
The County of Warner reported its first case on Friday.

South zone information – 1,302 cases (9 new cases)
1,261 people (about 97 per cent of confirmed south zone cases) have now recovered from COVID-19. There are 31 active cases of the virus in Alberta’s south zone. Ten people have died since the onset of the pandemic.
One person is currently hospitalized.
The only outbreak site listed in south zone is at JBS Foods in Brooks.
